use the AXIVUS mobile app and services.

Name, email, phone number, and optional profile details.
2) Verification information (mechanics/shops)
To help protect users from fraud and increase trust, we may verify identity. This may include government ID images and
selfie/liveness checks handled by our identity verification provider (e.g., Veriff). We receive verification results/status and
related reference information.
3) Camera access
AXIVUS may request access to your device camera to:
capture verification photos/selfies for identity checks (mechanics/shops), and/or
upload photos related to a repair/job (if enabled).
We do not access your camera unless you choose to use a feature that requires it.
4) Job and transaction data
Job requests, messages, bids/quotes, appointment details, and payment-related records. Payments may be processed by
third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers.
5) Device and usage data
Basic diagnostic and usage information (e.g., device type, app events, crash logs) to improve reliability and security.
How We Use Information
We use your information to:
create and manage accounts
connect customers with service providers and facilitate job workflows
verify identities and prevent fraud
